Frequently asked questions
Below you will find answers to the most common questions about your stay in Camperduin: from arrival and parking to house rules, final cleaning and the area. Can't find your question? We are happy to help.
Arrival and departure
What time can I check in?
You can check in from 3 pm. This gives us enough time after the previous guests leave to clean the apartment and get it ready for you.
What time do I need to check out?
We ask you to check out before 10 am. Would you like to leave a little later? Just ask the manager and we will see what is possible.
How does the key handover work?
The key handover is done with a key box and a personal code. You will receive this code by email, together with directions, two days before arrival.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
Sometimes that is possible. Different times are arranged with the manager, depending on availability and the schedule that day.
What if I arrive later than 3 pm?
No problem, the key box is always accessible. So you can check in without any trouble, even if you arrive later.
